Wedding pictures are the one thing that you can take away from a wedding day and keep forever. I always keep that in mind when I'm photographing a wedding. Generations of people will look back on these special pictures and my goal is to make them feel what the day was like. For destination weddings, like my own, it isn't just a day anymore. It's an entire weekend of festivities. When a group gathers from all over the country and sometimes the world those special memories pour over into the days before and after the wedding day. For Kelly and Kirby's special weekend the welcome dinner in Naples, Florida was an important part of their wedding weekend. We first met at their church, St Ann's in Naples for a quick rehearsal and then we headed to Sea Salt for a fun welcome dinner. All of their out of town guests met us at Sea Salt and enjoyed music by Danny Morgan (Sanibel Island wedding professional and SWFL music legend!). Kelly and Kirby had a chance to greet all of their guests and kick off their Naples wedding weekend with a fun dinner party. For the photography team, it was fun to get to know the guests and wedding party before the big wedding day kicked off on Saturday.
