One particular detail that I'm obsessed with was their wedding favors. They had tiny potted succulents for each of their guests to take home after the wedding. I am a bit of a succulent nut. I have been growing dozens of them outside my home in Florida for years (although not having the best of luck with any of my indoor Iowa attempts!). Those little plants have always been a favorite of mine and of course seeing them as a wedding decoration and a favor was definitely a sweet touch!
Hope you enjoy looking at their fun wedding day pictures as much as I enjoyed making the trip to Le Mars to join the two of them in celebrating (and photographing!!!). Makenzi and Sam really had the best wedding day and I was so happy to be their official wedding day photographer!!
