Lake Okoboji Wedding

I love the timelessness of weddings on Okoboji. There is something about it to me that is so special. I feel like I'm capturing a little piece of time for couples at a location that their children and grandchildren will someday enjoy just as they did. I always love to hear the stories of growing up on the lake. I think that when couples start planning their wedding for Okoboji it's more nostalgic than other locations. And to be there to photograph that and to try to portray that feel is truly why I love being a wedding photographer.
