Sanibel Island and destination weddings just go hand in hand and I'm always thrilled to add one of these special events on my calendar! This wedding day was no exception. It had all of the things that make the islands so very destination perfect too. Ila and Dylan were recently married at Casa Ybel Resort on Sanibel Island. They were joined by close family and friends and had a very intimate wedding ceremony right on the beach. The two did the destination thing well too. It was a full weekend of fun and activities at Casa Ybel ending with the highlight of everyone's trip, their wedding day. The day was simply perfect. A stunning beach day and an evening that gave us the best Sanibel sunset. Add in a fun party back at the hotel's famed restaurant, the Thistle Lodge, and this is the wedding everyone will be talking about for years to come. It really was everything a destination wedding should be. Congratulations to Ila and Dylan! I'm so happy I got to be the official photographer for all the love, the joy and all of the fun!!
