Family photos are one of our favorite ways to spend an evening on vacation, and this session was a perfect example of why.
We met up with this family on Sanibel Island while they were vacationing in Southwest Florida for their first beach trip with their little one. It was his first time seeing the ocean, which made the experience and the photos especially memorable.
We photographed their family at Lighthouse Beach, one of our favorite locations for Sanibel Island family photos. Between the driftwood, open shoreline, and soft light just before sunset, it’s an ideal spot for natural, relaxed family photography.
